Determinant of Residential Property Price Index in Five Asian Emerging Market Countries: A Demand and Supply Approach

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing Residential Property Price Index (RPPI) from demand and supply sides in five Asian emerging market countries. The data used are semi-annual first semester of 2009 until second 2019 because this denote impact RPPI toward indicators after global crisis 2008. dependent variable is RPPI, while independent variables include number workers, real interest rate, economic growth, Real Effective Exchange Rate (REER). Fixed Effects Model (FEM) thus applied method process data. In end, results indicate that all significant RPPI. REER negatively affect growth positively affects
